Sewage and storm water disposal is ensured on the area, the mains are established. There is an asphalted central road in the area of SZILK, which can be connected to from all the sites.

Location: SZILK is situated near the junction of M5 and M43 motorways, 1 km from the slip road of the M43, next to the E5main road. The construction of a direct connection to the M43 motorway is in the preparation stage.

Zones classification:

According to the Building Regulations of Szeged, it is an economical, commercial and service zone. Up to 50% of the area can be built up and the proportion of landscape area is min. 30%, which has to be planted to different heights in compliance with the Building Code for Coordination of Construction Works. The maximum height of buildings is 20 m.
